Beverage consulting services and pricing
Every engagement is scoped and priced before we start. There are three ways to work together: the Alias Pilot, a fixed 8-week feasibility engagement from $2,000; Alias Advisory, on-call access at $1,000 per month with a six-month minimum; and Alias Production, the full operational retainer at $4,000–$6,000 per month covering the 4-phase growth plan from concept through launch. From $2,000 · 8 weeks. A fixed-scope engagement for founders developing 1–4 SKUs in a single product line. You walk out with a defensible go/no-go, a real COGS picture, a feasibility read, and up to two partner introductions.

Alias Advisory
$1,000/month · six-month minimum. An experienced operator on call for the moments that matter: the 30-minute call before a six-figure decision, the intro that opens the right door, the gut check you can't get from a generalist. One working session and up to two introductions a month.

$4,000–$6,000/month. The full retainer for a 4-Phase Growth Plan. Concept and feasibility, formulation and validation, commercialization and production, then launch and scale — with me in the operational seat throughout.
