- Operational Project Management
- Operational Process/Document Creation
- Inventory and Bill of Materials
- Production Planning
- Month End Reconciliation and Forecasting
- COGS and Cash Schedule
- Co-Packer selection and onboarding
- Raw and Packaging Material Selection and Onboarding
- Point of Contact services for all operational partners/vendors
- Onsite Production Management/Attendance
- 18/6 Availability – 18 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Conflict/Issue Resolution related to Operational Issues or Oversight with Vendors
Every project is unique and costs will be based on detailed review of the scope.
General guidance for an average project is ~$5,000-$8,000/month
